Legal Assistant Bios ALICIA LOTZ Alicia graduated with honors from Edison State Community College in 2009 with an Associate of Applied Business in Paralegal Studies. Alicia worked at Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle & Co. from September, 2006 to July, 2007 as the firm's legal courier. In 2008, after completion of her degree, she returned as a paralegal and now primarily assists in the area of Medicaid Estate Recovery. CONSTANCE LUNSFORD Connie is a life-long resident of Shelby County, Ohio. Connie earned her Bachelor's degree from Miami University (Business Administration with concentration in Marketing) and an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting from Sinclair Community College. Connie joined Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle & Co., in February 1981. Connie's primary area of focus includes income tax preparation and estate, trust and guardianship administration. In addition, Connie is an adjunct faculty member at Edison Community College teaching courses in the Legal Assisting Department. Connie also handles administrative matters for the Raeburn E. Barnes Trust. HOLLY FRERICKS Holly graduated at the top of her class earning high honors and student of the year finalist from The University of Toledo Community & Technical College with an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting in 1994. Holly joined Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle & Co. in January, 1995 and left the firm in May, 2001. Holly returned to Elsass, Wallace, Evans & Schnelle & Co. in August, 2005. Holly primarily assists with Real Estate and handles the preparing and closing of real estate transactions. KRISTI ANTHONY Kristi graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio in June 2002 with an Associate of Applied Business in Legal Assisting Degree. Kristi joined Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle & Co., in August 2002. Kristi then earned an Associate of Applied Business in Paralegal Degree from Edison Community College in December 2006. Kristi is primarily assists with collections but is familiar with the other areas of law practiced in the Firm. PAMELA MUSSER Pam received her Associates Degree in Legal Assisting in May 1998 from Edison Community College. Pam joined Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle & Co., in April 1997, and primarily assists the real estate department. STACY KNASEL Stacy earned her Associate of Applied Business in Legal Assisting from Edison Community College in May, 1998. Stacy joined Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle & Co., LPA in August, 2001, and primarily assists in health care, municipal, corporate, and estate planning areas. |
