PHILIP M. BORGER
A native of St. Henry, Ohio, Phil graduated from the University of Dayton in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in economics with a minor in political science. He went on to Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism on a full tuition and living scholarship, graduating with a Master of Science degree in journalism. Phil worked in Columbus as a journalist prior to attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2009. While at the University of Cincinnati, Phil was a Fellow with the College's Corporate Law Center, was a published member of the College's Law Review during his 2L year, and served as a Notes & Comments Editor of the Law Review during his 3L year. While in school, Phil worked for the City of Cincinnati Law Department and for the Cincinnati-based First Group America corporation. He worked for a small firm in Dayton before joining EWES in 2011.
